Terms of Service
These terms are a contract between you and HAMILTON WALKER PUBLIC RELATIONS LIMITED for use of Loudhouse.
Last updated: 13 July 2026
1. The service
Loudhouse is an online-only software subscription that turns a brief into draft press-kit text, on-brand visuals and a launch teaser. It is a content-creation aid, not a licensed public-relations, legal, financial or advisory service, and it does not guarantee any outcome.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 to use Loudhouse. Users aged 13–17 must have verifiable consent from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions, billing and quota
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in US dollars through our payment processor. Each plan includes a monthly usage quota that resets at the start of each period and does not carry over. There are no credits, top-up packs or stored balances. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Your card statement will show the descriptor LOUDHOUSE.
4. No media distribution
Loudhouse does not send, pitch, place or distribute your content to any journalist, publication, broadcaster or platform, and does not provide or sell any media or journalist contact lists. Deciding whether, where and how to publish is entirely your responsibility.
5. Your content and outputs
You keep ownership of the material you upload. You are responsible for having the rights to it and for reviewing, verifying and lawfully using anything the Studio generates. Licensing of inputs and outputs is described in our Content License.
6. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you may not use Loudhouse to create false, misleading, defamatory, impersonating or fabricated-endorsement content, or for harassment, deception or political manipulation.
7. AI limitations
Outputs are automatically generated drafts and may contain inaccurate, outdated or unsuitable statements. You must verify all facts before publishing. See the AI Disclaimer for full detail.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund eligibility is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, suspend or modify features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes to paid plans.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, HAMILTON WALKER PUBLIC RELATIONS LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the consequences of content you choose to publish. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Contact: support@hamwalpubrel.shop, +44 7244685494, 8/2 Sandport Way, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH6 6EA, United Kingdom.
