These rules keep Loudhouse safe and trustworthy. Breaking them can lead to suspension or removal.

Anti-deception and impersonation

You must not use Loudhouse to create, or help create:

  • false, misleading or deceptive announcements or statistics;
  • defamatory content or attacks on a person or organisation;
  • content that impersonates a real person, brand or outlet without authorisation;
  • fabricated endorsements, fake quotes or invented media coverage; or
  • material for harassment, smear campaigns or political manipulation.

No media distribution or contact lists

Loudhouse does not distribute content to media and does not provide journalist or media contact lists. You must not attempt to use the service as if it were a wire, pitching or outreach service.

Prohibited content

  • Illegal content, or content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
  • Third-party brands, logos, characters, teams, shows, games or public figures you are not authorised to use.
  • Hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative or violent extremist material.
  • Regulated claims (financial, legal, medical) presented as professional advice or guaranteed results.
  • Malware, scraping, or attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Your responsibility for what you publish

Loudhouse produces drafts. Once you edit and publish content, you are the publisher and are responsible for its accuracy, legality and compliance with advertising and consumer-protection rules where you operate.

Enforcement

We may review reported content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy. To report misuse, email support@hamwalpubrel.shop. Governing law: England and Wales.
