Content License

This explains who owns what when you upload material and generate a kit with Loudhouse.

Your uploads stay yours

Logos, product photos, brand assets and text you upload remain your property. You grant HAMILTON WALKER PUBLIC RELATIONS LIMITED a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process them solely to generate your requested outputsand run the service. We do not use them to train AI models, and we do not sell or license them to third parties.

Caching and deletion

Uploaded files are cached for up to 30 days to support regeneration and then deleted, unless you delete them sooner or keep an active project that references them. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@hamwalpubrel.shop.

Outputs you generate

Subject to these terms and payment of any applicable fees, you own the press-kit text, visuals and video files you generate and may use them for your own commercial and non-commercial announcements. Free-plan outputs are provided with a watermark for personal evaluation.

Responsibility and third-party rights

You are responsible for ensuring you hold the rights to any material you upload and that your published outputs do not infringe third-party intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights. You must not generate content that uses third-party brands, logos, characters or public figures without authorisation.

Our brand

The Loudhouse name, interface and templates remain the property of HAMILTON WALKER PUBLIC RELATIONS LIMITED. This licence does not grant you rights to our branding beyond using the service. Governing law: England and Wales.
