Refund & Cancellation Policy
Loudhouse is a subscription to a digital tool. This policy explains cancellations and refunds.

Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your monthly quota remains available until then. Unused quota does not carry over and is not exchangeable for cash.
Refunds
Because Loudhouse delivers digital outputs immediately, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started and the Studio has been used. We will, however, provide a refund where:
- you were charged in error or double-charged;
- a technical fault on our side prevented you from generating kits for a sustained period and we could not resolve it; or
- a refund is required by applicable consumer law.
If a generated result does not meet your expectations, contact us first — regeneration is included in your plan and usually resolves the issue.
Free plan
The Whisper plan is free and involves no charge, so no refund applies.
How to request
Email support@hamwalpubrel.shop from your account address within 14 days of the charge, with your account details and the reason. We aim to review requests within five business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before starting a card dispute — most issues are resolved quickly. Card statements show the descriptor LOUDHOUSE. Governing law: England and Wales.
